A Program developed by Grandmaster Yang K. Moon of Seoul, South Korea.

Moon College’s program emphasizes Health, Leadership and Fitness through the Martial Arts. Students learn personal self-defense while enjoying the Olympic sport of Tae Kwon Do.

Moon College is continued under the leadership and owndership of Grandmaster Tai Le. Grandmaster Le has been studying and teaching at Moon College for over 20 years and has over 40 years of martial arts experience. He comes from Vietnam with a 6th Dan in Taekwondo and a 5th Dan in Kung-Fu. Grandmaster Le also studies Judo, Hapkido, and Aikido. He has promoted two of his sons to the rank of black belt and one of them to the rank of master in Taekwondo.

Moon College has promoted hundreds of individuals to the rank of Black Belt and higher, including several to the esteem rank of Master. In addition to Taekwondo, Moon College teaches the martial art of Hapkido for self-defense purposes as a minor course.

After a student reaches Black Belt several other Arts are taught to him/her to further their education. Moon College is totally dedicated to the education and advancement of its students. Special Attention is given to women and children.

Is Martial Arts for Everyone?

Yes, anyone in good health can participate in all phases of our training. However, we modify our activities at times for individuals with special needs. Remember, it is wise to have a complete checkup before beginning any program of strenuous physical exercise

FOR MEN

Every man, whatever his career or interest, will gain new confidence to cope with any situation and help him handle his daily problems. Moon College’s program provides a means for him to release tensions that are built up by the constant pressures and responsibilities of life. His stamina will increase and his enthusiasm will develop, allowing him to deal with every day routines. Family, friends, employees, and fellow workers will notice a difference for the better.

FOR WOMEN

Moon College will help every woman to develop assertiveness in any situation, weather she needs to defend herself or just manage her normal activities at home, in school, or at the office. The program offers an invigorating change of pace to her daily routine. In contrast to the usual “do it over and over routines” our programs offer a real opportunity to shed extra pounds and inches, and physical fitness is a great way to achieve mental fitness and happiness.

FOR CHILDREN

The welfare of our children is a natural concern of every parent. We must see to the development of strong, healthy youngsters who will do well in their future lives. Moon College’s program will aid parents in the building of confidence and character in their children. These qualities will aid our children to become leaders. They will develop mental and physical abilities that will allow them to take pride in their achievements. This will further their participation in, and contribution to, their classroom situations.
